I took my high mileage Dodge Truck in to diagnose a check engine light. I’m rating my experience 5-star because of the excellent communication by service manager Russ, and the amount of detail their mechanic wrote on my paperwork. It was one of those difficult to diagnose and difficult to repair problems that only an experienced team could handle. I knew when I got my truck back the problem would be solved. I trust and highly recommend this service department!!

Recently bought a new truck here and had a very pleasant experience. Tim Hendershot and Hunter Hollingsworth were the salesmen I worked with and they were both friendly and professional. It was a nice experience bringing my vehicle here. The staff was very receptive to my requests. Rates were average for the oil service received and the way they informed me with their vehicle walk around video was helpful to making decisions.

Excellent job! Got a flat tire on a trip 7 hours drive from home. Bella, the receptionist (not sure of her right title) was particularly helpful and oncein the service advisor was also exceptional! Our Daughter just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from here. Salesman was very courteous and professional. Lot and dealership was clean and welcoming. Conversation and transaction started through the Internet and texting. We put a deposit on the truck to make sure it was available upon arrival ( we live a couple hours away). They had the inside and outside cleaned up before we got there for her test drive. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish with paperwork ( was already approved).
